Order Changes and Cancellation
Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer service representatives at 213-413-2143 between 9 am - 6 pm PST Monday through Friday. Our customer service representatives have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the order has not been sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Checking the Status of Your Order
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed within two to three business days. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email, which will include your Seraphcosmetics.com order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with a UPS Tracking Number. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please e-mail us at info@seraphcosmetics.com.
* Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses will not be accepted due to UPS regulations.
** Please be aware that while an APO/P.O. Box can be used for a billing address, UPS CANNOT deliver to one. Please include a physical address so that your order can be shipped without delay.

Shipping Emails
The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone.
You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email immediately after your package has shipped. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to ups.com. You can click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email to track your order. Please note, it takes one business day before your tracking number becomes valid on the UPS website.
Sales Tax
Seraph Cosmetics is required by law to apply sales tax in the State of California. Sales tax is determined by the order's ship-to address and is automatically added to the order.
Refunds
Refunds are granted for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Refunds will only be offered for products that have been damaged or unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any further questions should be directed to customer service at 888-763-1361.
